this is part of a new photo series i’m working on. it is a collection of photographs of badass women involved in metal, hardcore and the borderline metal/punk/avant-guarde worlds. these are the people who make up the music scene. these are my friends.

Meet Antonia McMaster. I met her several years ago because her brother plays music with my boyfriend. Now she is one of my show buddies and one of my favorite people in the world. She makes poetry, helps out the community (you know, outside THE scene) and is all around a solid being. If she is watching your band, you are a lucky person.
